Capacity Building and Development programmes

Capacity building is the core of an organization growth and organizations have to undertake institutional self assessment. Today our partners from FCDE visited our office to support us in the capacity gaps. This has resulted into sharing the organizational policies including HRM, Finance, M& E tools and the board policy.
The staff were also supported in proposal writing skills. this will improve fundraising process at the organization.
